Because of the wide diversity of clients the Bureau handles, we have acquired, through experience, understanding and expertise in many industry sectors, including financial services, where we are engaged by both product providers and networks alike.
We can also boast to be one of a small number of credit management organisations to employ accredited mediators, who are able to facilitate dispute resolutions outside of Court, resulting in significant costs savings for our clients.
